Our Diversity

Our culturally diverse EAP staff includes licensed master and doctor degreed professionals in psychology, clinical social work and addictions treatment; and Certified Employee Assistance Professionals (CEAPS). SAI has Ph.D. and MSSW African American therapists; a Spanish speaking consultant who assists us with Hispanic clients; and a licensed therapist who signs to work with hearing impaired employees. A consulting psychiatrist is available as necessary.

Work Group Specialists

Our counselors are trained to be sensitive to the complex issues in workplace groups and are skillful at defusing potentially high impact confrontations. SAI realizes the importance of appropriate communication between our counselors and a designated liaison within the employer organization for all supervisory referrals. The rules of client confidentiality are always maintained in the process.

They are also highly experienced in training, supervisory/management consultation.

Substance Abuse Professionals

Our counselors are aware of Drug Free Workplace and DOT regulations, and have specialized experience in the assessment and management of substance abuse problems.
