Our operating principle is that all EAP programs have similarities but all have unique customers. There are a number of customers in any EAP client contract: agency directors, managers, supervisors, employees, and union representatives. It is the ability and willingness of SAI staff to continuously make adjustments in order to provide satisfaction to our diverse client organizations that sets us apart from other EAP vendors.
