Everyone knows that when you feel good, you "work good". Unfortunately there are a lot of things that occur every day that make us feel bad. Some happen on the job, but most don't have anything to do with the job. Regardless of what makes an employee feel bad, the "virus" can easily infect her/his entire work group. And this is where the EAP comes in.

By helping your employees resolve their personal problems, we help them feel better. And when they feel better, they work better. In addition, a well-designed EAP is cost effective. It can reduce absenteeism, reduce attrition (you can't afford to lose good employees these days), increase productivity, and make managing easier.

Our EAP staff members are culturally diverse and highly credentialed. All are licensed for independent practice and hold nationally recognized certifications. They are Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Board Certified Psychologists, Board Certified Psychiatrists and experienced EAP and Substance Abuse Professionals.
EAP therapists have experience in all aspects of diagnostic assessment, counseling, crisis intervention - including defusing potentially disruptive situations. They are also highly experienced in training, supervisory/management consultation and work-group dynamics.
